ABIDE

Devotional writing for walking with God each day.

What is Abide?

Abide is a collection of devotional reflections for people who want to know God more deeply.

I write about Scripture, identity, grace, surrender, and the sometimes-slow work of learning to believe what God says is true.

Nothing polished is required here. Just a Bible, a little honesty, a slight tolerance for some word nerdiness, and a willingness to walk a bit.

A devotional delivered to your inbox each weekday, with a longer reflection/word study on Saturdays.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” - John 15:5 (NIV)

A small dog with light-colored fur looking up at the camera, standing next to a person with a tattooed arm, wearing multiple bracelets and jewelry, on a brick pathway.
People enjoying a sunny day at the beach, walking along the sandy shore near the ocean with a clear blue sky overhead. Some are swimming in the water, while others relax under umbrellas.
